Welcome

Brief description of who I am..

My name is Patrick Forester and I am an FRC/FRA certified mobility assessment specialist, Kinstretch instructor, and manual training practitioner. I offer a variety of services ranging from simple movement coaching, to performance enhancement and injury prevention. My coaching capabilities are applicable to anyone, regardless of age and/or level of experience. I was born and raised in Maryland, and attended Salisbury University where I received my bachelors degree in exercise science. Since then, I have immersed myself in the health and wellness community for over 12 years. To put it plainly, mobility and training is my life.

Home: About Me

"I've developed a passion for sharing what I love to do. As a trainer, it is important to have a mutual understanding with your clients about goals and principles. That way I can cater my training to better suit them, while simultaneously, they have more trust in the learning process."

FRA

The physical...physical

An FRA measures each major joint in the body and examines both active and passive range of motion. It tests for acceptable amounts of movement based on a client's goals, and highlights where imbalances can be addressed. This information helps us understand why things are the way they are, and determine a plan of action to make positive changes. An assessment is recommended before 1 on 1 training.
